From 2001-2006, Darren Kayal served as assistant municipal prosecutor in Woodbridge, the busiest traffic court in New Jersey. From 2003-2006, he served as assistant municipal court prosecutor in Carteret and Metuchen. He has tried hundreds of municipal court matters, including criminal matters, drug charges, DWIs and all manner of moving violations, as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. From 2001 to 2005, Michael Lynch worked in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. He has tried numerous criminal matters in the Superior Court and has had substantial experience as a defense attorney in municipal court. The experience of dealing with these matters from both sides gives a unique insight in how to resolve cases in ways that will give the best result to the client without the added expense of trial.
